This page lists everything getbookd.io stores on your device, who sets it, why, and for how long. It is run by GETBOOKD LTD (“Bookd”, “we”). We only set analytics and marketing cookies if you choose to allow them in our cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings button shown on every page, or the button further down this one.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Websites can also keep information in your browser’s local storage and session storage. The same rules cover all three, so we list them all here.
What this site stores
Until you click something, getbookd.io stores nothing on your device. Everything below appears only once you make a cookie choice, sign in, or use the feature it belongs to. We built this list by checking the site in a fresh browser — before any click, after rejecting and after accepting cookies — and by reading our own code.
Strictly necessary
These make the site work or remember a choice you have made. They are always on and don’t need your consent.

Marketing — only if you allow them

Our chat assistant
The chat bubble on our pages is our own assistant, loaded from getbookd.io. It stores nothing until you send a message; then it keeps one random ID (listed above under Functional) so your conversation stays together. What you type is sent to our servers and answered using Anthropic’s Claude AI model — see our privacy policy for what happens to it. The same assistant runs on some of our customers’ websites and works the same way there.
Services that receive your IP address but store nothing here
Like any website, getbookd.io asks some other services for content or checks, which means your browser connects to them and they see your IP address. These set no cookies or storage on getbookd.io:

Our fonts are served from getbookd.io itself, so no font service is contacted.
Changing your choice
Use the Cookie settings button on any page, or the one below, to accept, reject or pick categories. Turning analytics or marketing off stops them straight away and removes their cookies from getbookd.io; it can’t recall information a provider has already received.
You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser’s settings — see the help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. If you block strictly necessary cookies, signing in to Bookd won’t work.
