Detailed pet profiles

For each pet, you can record:

• Name and breed
• Size — Small, Medium, Large, Giant
• Coat type — Smooth, Double, Wire, Curly, etc.
• Temperament — Calm, Nervous, Excitable, etc.
• Health notes — Allergies, skin conditions, medication, sensitive areas
• Grooming preferences — Preferred style, clip length, special requests

Building up records over time

Each time you groom a pet, add notes about what you did and how the pet behaved. Over time, you build up a detailed record that makes every appointment smoother — and shows clients you truly care about their pet.
