Moving from another grooming app

Whether you're coming from Savvy Pet Spa, Gingr, PetExec, a paper diary, or WhatsApp — switching to Bookd is straightforward.

Step 1: Export your data. Most systems let you export clients as a CSV file. Check your old system's settings or contact their support.

Step 2: Import into Bookd. Use our CSV import tool (Dashboard → Clients → Import) to bring your clients across.

Step 3: Set up your services. Add your grooming services with pricing. If you offer size-based pricing (e.g. different prices for small, medium, and large dogs), Bookd supports that natively.

Step 4: Share your new booking link. Send your clients a message letting them know they can now book online at your Bookd page.

What about my old bookings?

Historical bookings won't transfer — Bookd starts fresh. But all your client profiles, pet details, and contact info will be there ready to go.
