Teddy is Bookd's built-in AI assistant. You can ask Teddy questions about how to use Bookd, and it'll give you helpful answers instantly.

How to use Teddy

Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard. Type your question — for example:

• "How do I set up deposits?"
• "Where do I change my availability?"
• "How do I import clients?"

Teddy will give you a clear answer and point you to the right place in your dashboard.

What can Teddy help with?

Teddy knows about all Bookd features: bookings, services, clients, invoices, deposits, availability, and account settings. It's trained on the same help articles you're reading now — just faster to ask.
